用户开机后，可选择播放一段内置的学习资料。用户站在本产品的tof摄像头前，做出与学习资料中人物姿态相同的动作。此时若存在做的不到位的地方，本产品叫自动识别，并在显示器上现实出来，且根据动作不到位的程度采用不同颜色标注，以提醒用户对自己的动作进行纠正。内置的学习资料可选择多种倍速播放，方便用户从生疏到熟练，逐步深入学习，甚至可以自动跟随用户的节奏进行播放，使用户享受到顺畅自由的学习过程。
After the user turns on the machine, he/she can choose to play one of the built-in learning programmes. The user then stands in front of the ToF camera and follows the movement of the character in the video. There will be different colour markings according to the degree of deviation of the action, reminding the user to correct his posture and movements.
