Display LED are recruiting for a Shenzhen based production manager / engineering supervisor.
Working for theChinadivision of this internationalUKcompany, you would be the front line and chief protector of DisplayLED’s quality control in manufacturing.
The international LED screen market that DisplayLED sells to requires A grade certification and engineering precision on all of its screen products.
The perfect candidate for this job would be able to examine both electrical, mechanical and electronic production of an LED screen from design to delivery and offer advice and control of the manufacturing process; all delivered to DisplayLED standards throughout the China route to market.
Ideally, the candidate should be able to manage relationships with our OEM suppliers in such a way that screen quality and delivery is enhanced for all parties.
Working closely with our international sales team and our factories, a good level of spoken Chinese and English is essential.
The ideal candidate does not necessarily need a university level education since experience is worth just as much as education in our eyes.
The right combination of strength to forge the DisplayLED quality with factories and understanding to facilitate smooth product delivery would be highly valued in this role.
Job Details: Full time Monday to Friday with occasional weekend working as required.
Salary dependent on experience but in line with SZ employees of Western companies.
